Neyodesk provides repair service management and ticket tracking software for repair businesses, including ticket workflows, technician assignment, customer records, notifications, and analytics.

- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
- You must maintain appropriate access controls for your staff users.
3. Billing and Subscription
Neyodesk offers a 30-day free trial and paid plans. Fees are billed according to your selected plan and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise platform security.
- Do not reverse-engineer or misuse platform functionality.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Neyodesk is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to data you upload to the service.
6. Intellectual Property
Neyodesk and related branding, software, and content are owned by Neyodesk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyodesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
